Gloria Gaynor's Disco classic 'I Will Survive' wasn’t the obvious choice for a somewhat dark and emotional spot for animal charity Blue Cross, but with the lyrics representing the resilient attitude of the animals, agency M+C Saatchi saw an opportunity to try something a little different.

Major Tom were tasked with re-imagining the arrangement of the piece, reflecting the emotive arc of the pet’s journey. We then set about using an unusual palette of instruments to record our own somewhat haunting version of the track.
